Take a piece of dough and open it into a rectangle using your hands.

Sprinkle with chocolate drops or sugar-cinnamon-clove.

Wrap it into a loose roll.

Form a ring and place in a round baking tray with the sealed edge at the bottom.

Using kitchen scissors cut the ring as shown in the picture.

Take each petal and twist it, repeat for all, in the same direction. Add a few raisins for a more impressive result, press them to stay on the dough and brush with egg.
