I love to cook this food because it is healthy and nutritious then it gives a different taste from the plain rice.

Boil peas for 15 minutes with salt. Make sure it doesn't overcook..

In another sufuria put cooking oil in a pan, add diced carrots and peas fry for a minute.

Add two glasses of hot water and salt to taste.

Add 1 glass of rice and stir then cover to cook for 5 minutes.

Serve it while hot with beef stew.
