Wash the meat thoroughly.put it in a cooking pot to boil with just salt.it takes round about 15 minutes.Till it is completely dry.

Add to it cooking oil and onions and stir for 1 minute.

Add tomatoes and carrots the stir and cover to cook for 2 minutes.

Uncover and add some water to create thick soup by leaving it to boil for 3 to 5 minutes.

Beef stew is ready to serve with rice.
