200 gmchena or Indian cottage cheese
4 tbspnrose syrup
1 tablespooncorn starch
1/2 teaspoonbutter
chopped pistachio

Take chena mashed it

Add Rose syrupe n corn starch -mix

Grease a square mould.

Pour the mixture in mould cover it with aluminium foil n cook on steam for 20 minutes

Put in fridge when it cool

Cut in pieces n garnish with pistachio
