Fried beef kidney,liver,skumawiki and ugali

Chope the liver and the kidney into small size

Heat cooking oil in a sufuria

Add chopped onions and let it cook for 1minute till it start to brown

Add the chopped liver and kidney and stir
- 5
When the liver and kidney start to cook and turn into golden brown add chilli.

Stir and add beef cubes
- 7
Add salt to test
- 8
Serve with skumawiki and ugali while hot
