Steps

Put the chicken wings in a pan and heat slowly for the wings to release their oil

Add salt and stir to prevent the wings from sticking to the pan

Cook until brown then add the onions

Sautee the onions with the chicken and add chilli, rosemary and parsley and stir

Add sweet white wine and cover to allow all ingredients to sip into the meat
- 6
Add tomato paste and cook to a thick sauce.

Serve hot with accompaniments such as boiled rice.
