Ingredients

  1. 1/3 cupquinoa
  2. 2/3 cupchicken stock or water
  3. 1 piecelebanesse cucumber, remove cores and chopped
  4. 1 cuproma cherry tomatos, cut in half
  5. 1 stalkcelery, chopped
  6. 1/2 clovered onion
  7. 1handfull of dried sultana
  8. 1 piecelemon
  9. 1 tspsea salt
  10. 1/2 tspcracked black pepper
  11. 1/4 cupolive oil, extra virgin

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook quinoa in boiling chicken stock or water until soft

  2. 2

    Combine all inggredient in a bowl and mix them well

  3. 3

    Squize lemon juice, add olive oil and sprinkle little bit of salt and pepper to taste. serve as a side this in any meal! healthy and delicious
