At first, put a pan on gas and put some edible oil about 1-2 table spoon full in it.

After getting oil hot, add mustard seeds 1 tsf, cumin seeds 1 tsf in it.

Add garlic paste 2 tsf in oil for tadka.

Add chopped onion in oil for tadka.

Add red chillies powder about 1 tsf

Add cut cucumber in it. And similarly, add besan flour with mixing it well.

Add besan flour upto that extent when mixture of subji gets quite dry.

Add salt as per taste.

Lastly, add cut coriander leaves in it.

Put a lid on it for 4-5 mints

Remove lid and mix subji well. And again put lid for 5 mints on low flame.

Make the gas off.

Your cucumber sabji is ready to serve it with chapati, roti or paratha or nan...
