Confused about what to cook today, I've been cooking fish lately, so now I want to try making chicken soup for my beloved husband.

Boil 4 1/4 cups of water, add chicken and chicken feet for about 10 minutes, set aside the water for the soup broth.

Blend the spices, add bruised lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, and bruised galangal.

Heat oil, sauté the spice paste until fragrant, then turn off the heat.

Slice the tomato and green onions with cilantro, set aside.

Prepare a pot, heat 4 1/4 cups of water and add the reserved chicken broth, add chicken feet, pour in the sautéed spice paste, add bay leaves, sugar, salt, and seasoning, wait until it boils, add green onions and tomato, adjust the taste, once perfect, turn off the heat, add fried shallots.

Put the boiled chicken into salt water, fry until golden brown, shred (slice), prepare bean sprouts, lime wedges, fried shallots (the fried shallots are still in the jar), don't forget the sweet soy sauce sambal and shrimp crackers, mix your own soup.
