Egg Whites with Refried Beans
I came up with this recipe myself. It's very easy to make (since you almost always have all the ingredients at home) and it's really delicious.
I used a German-style pork sausage, but you can use any sausage you like.

I came up with this recipe myself. It's very easy to make (since you almost always have all the ingredients at home) and it's really delicious.

In a skillet with oil, add the two egg whites. When you're ready to flip them, try to keep their shape.

Slice the sausage into rounds and make small cuts in them.

In the same skillet, add chorizo to taste. Let it fry a bit, then add as much refried beans as you like.

Serve on a plate, either as shown in the photo or however you prefer.
