Steps

Firstly give slight cuts to chicken to get perfect marination.

Mix lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, dhaniya powder, kashmiri red chilli powder and salt togetheer.

Add chicken pieces in it and mix it. we wont add curd as we are frying it. keep it for 4-5 hours in fridge.

At the time of frying add cornflour, tandoori masala, chat masala, red colour and 1 tsp baking soda optional.

Fry it immediately. first try with one piece and see whether marination is falling out from chicken pieces or not. if it is add more cornflour or chickpea flour. fry on low flame and let chicken cook perfectly.

Garnish with some more chat masala, coriander and curry leaves.

Serve it with green chutney.
