  2. 3eggs
  3. 8 ozself-raising flour
  4. 1 pinchsalt

  1. 1

    Whisk the eggs and milk together. Don't worry if it foams up while whisking on a high speed.

    Add in the flour and salt and ehisk again.

    Cook over a medium flame or hot plate.

    Turn over the pancake when it has gotten softer and when all the air bubbles have evaporated.
