Steps

Chop the onions and tomatoes into small pieces

Put a small amount of oil on the pan and add the chopped onion,let cook until brown

Add the chopped tomatoes and let cook until soft

Break eggs in a tin, stir the mixture then add it into the pan

Add a small pinch of salt and one royco cube to taste

Keep stirring the mixture until eggs are cooked to your preference

Serve with Ugali
