Cooking is always interesting,especially when you have a short time to prepare a meal .Liver and veggies is the way to go.
Steps

Heat a pan on medium flame with liver and some water to cook the liver.Sprinkle some salt for taste.

Once the liver has cooked,add some oil and fry.Dice the onion and toss it in.

Add the garlic powder and the royco cubes.

Slice the tomato and add it in,stir then simmer for 3 min.You can add some water to create soup.

Once ready remove from heat.Place a cooking pan with oil on the heat.Cut up your veggies in thin strips.

Once the oil is hot,toss in the veggies and stir.Sprinkle some salt.When ready remove from heat.

Serve your liver and veggies with hot ugali.
