Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlgaramflour
  2. 1 bowlsuji
  3. 1 teaspoonturmeric
  4. 1 teaspoonsalt
  5. 1 teaspoonsugar
  6. 1 teaspoonlime juice
  7. 2chopped green chili
  8. Halfteaspoon eno
  9. 1 glasswater
  10. 4 spoonoil
  11. 1 teaspoonmustard seed
  12. 4Curry leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Bowl me besan, suji, salt, sugar, turmeric, green chili, lime juice and water daal kar ek thin batter bana lo.

  2. 2

    Batter ko 10 min ke Liya rhakh do.

  3. 3

    Idli mould ko oil se Greece karo.

  4. 4

    Batter me eno daal kar mix karo.

  5. 5

    Batter ko idli mould me daal kar 15 min ke liye steam cook karo.

  6. 6

    Turn off flame,put the idli stand out.

  7. 7

    Ab pan me oil ko garamkar ke, mustard seed and curry leaves daal kar 2 min cook karo.

  8. 8

    Ab idli dhokla ke upor spread karo.

  9. 9

    Yummy idli dhokla is ready.......
