Batter ko 10 min ke Liya rhakh do.

Idli mould ko oil se Greece karo.

Batter me eno daal kar mix karo.

Batter ko idli mould me daal kar 15 min ke liye steam cook karo.

Turn off flame,put the idli stand out.

Ab pan me oil ko garamkar ke, mustard seed and curry leaves daal kar 2 min cook karo.

Ab idli dhokla ke upor spread karo.

Yummy idli dhokla is ready.......
