I am not sure about the name but some one told me its called a spanish omelet.

I am not sure about the name but some one told me its called a spanish omelet.

Cut the onions, tomatoes and Dania and put in a bowl.

Add salt and mix evenly. Then break two eggs in a the same bowl. Mix very well.

Put oil in a pan, the pour the egg mixture into the pan.

Heat until golden brown on one side then turn the other side and heat.
- 5
If it breaks while turning then never minf there is a first time for everything.
- 6
When the other side is cooked then serve.
