Put some water on fire till it boils then pour in the ukwa (learnt recently that allowing the water to boil makes the ukwa cook faster)

While the ukwa is cooking, wash your fish and keep

Once the ukwa becomes soft, add all your ingredients and allow to dry out a bit depends on how you like your porridge.

Once cooked, bring it down from the fire and you are ready to eat
