  • 1oil for frying
  • 1salt

    Heat oil in pan.

    Slice potatoes as thin as possible.

    Fry potatoes in oil until golden brown.

  4. 4

    Remove potatoes and sprinkle with salt.

    Enjoy.

:ohyeaah. my dad has made these for us since I was little. In Yorkshire we call them scallops.
