In a pan fry bhindi pieces in oil and kept aside once they turn slightly brown.

In the same pan and oil and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. once this splutter and onion pieces and green chillies.

After 5 minutes of cooking add ginger garlic paste and fry till onions gets transparent.

Now add the mashed tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder.

After 10 minutes of cooking and fried bhindi pieces and cook.

After 10 minutes of cooking add curd and Garam Masala.

Now cook the recipe until oil separates and garnish with coriander.

Serve hot with rice or chapatis.
