Steps

Take a non sticky tawa heat oil add rai and jeera. when it crackled add garlic and adruk and saute for a minute.

Now add all vegies and roast it for 5 minutes or till 40% cooked

Then add cooked rice and all masalas and tomato sauce
- 4
Now all mix gently and cover with lid for 2 minutes and serve hot or in kids tiffin
