Ingredients

  • 200 gmrefined flour
  • 100 gmsugar
  • 100 mlmilkmaid
  • 50 gmmakkhan
  • 1 tspvanilla essence
  • 2 tspcocoa powder
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 1/4 tspbaking soda
  • 1 cupwarm milk to adjust consistency
  • 1cake tin

Steps

  1. 1

    Sevie maida, baking soda and baking powder and keep aside

  2. 2

    Take a bowl add makkhan, sugar and milkmaid and blend it till floffy

  3. 3

    Now add maida and mix with cut and fold method now add warm milk and check the consistency

  4. 4

    Now grease the cake tin and sprinkle some maida all over.

  5. 5

    Now batter divide in two egual portions. in one portion cocoa powder mix and add 2 tsp milk again. its time to preheat pressure cooker.

  6. 6

    Take the tin pour 1 tbsp white batter and then cocoa batter again white batter in middle and again cocoa batter and complete the process in same way. now tap the tin and bake the cake for 30 minutes in pressure cooker.

  7. 7

    TIP... When cake is made in pressure cooker then always remove the rubber or whistle
