  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 1/2 cup water
  4. 4elaichi
  5. 1 cupmava
  6. as neededdry fruits (any of your choice)
  7. 2 pinchfitkari (alam)

Steps

  1. 1

    Sabse pehle parwal ko peel karein or fitkari ke pani mein 15 min ke liye rakh de.

  2. 2

    Ab ek pan mein sugar par water dale...1 spoon sugar nikal le.

  3. 3

    Ab parwal ko fitkari ke pani me se nikale or 4-5 bar acchi tarah wash karein.

  4. 4

    Ab beech se cut karein or seeds nikale de.

  5. 5

    Chashni me parwal daal de.

  6. 6

    Or tab tak pakaye jab tak saari chashni parwal absorbed na karle, bich bich mein chalate rahe.

  7. 7

    Ab mava mein 1 spoon sugar mix karein powder bana kar, or elaichi powder dale, mix karein.

  8. 8

    Ab parwal ready hai, plate mein nikale or thanda karein.

  9. 9

    Parwal me stuffing karein, or dry fruit se garnish karein.

  10. 10

    Mene almond use kiye, aap koi bhi dry fruit use kar sakte hai.
