Ingredients

  • 2 tbspdalia
  • as neededChopped vegetables (like carrots beans capsicum peas etc)
  • 1 tspdesi ghee
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • Pinchjeera
  • 1-1/2 cupWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take small pressure cooker

  2. 2

    Heat desi ghee and add jeera

  3. 3

    Now add dalia so that it get roasted

  4. 4

    Then add all vegetables and saute it for few seconds

  5. 5

    Then add water and seasoning

  6. 6

    Add water and close the lid and wait for a whistle.

  7. 7

    Switch off the gas and serve.
