In a mixer jar, grind the leftover rotis to form a coarse powder. Boil the potatoes and peel and mash them. Allow the frozen peas to thaw. Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl including the spices and green peas.

Make small barrel shaped kebabs or the shape you like by taking small portion in your palm and pressing them to make a firm pattie. You can either deep fry the cutlets or bake them for a healthier version.

You can either deep fry the cutlets or bake them for a healthier version. For Oven: Preheat the oven at 210 degree celsius and place your kebabs/cutlets on the tray. Bake them for 10 mins or until golden brown and flip them in between to cook evenly. For deep frying: Put some oil in a pan and heat it. Deep fry them by flipping over in between until golden brown on both sides.

Serve hot with coriander chutney or regular tomato ketchup.
