Chop all vegetable into cubes

Crush and cut the garlic into small piece

Chop onions into small piece

Pour little oil on frying pan when not too hot,onion garlic carrots and stir continuously until half cooked

Add yellow capsicum stir it until half cooked

When ready remove from fire put aside

Beat 3eggs in z bowls add little salt to test

Put different pan,add little oil when ready put some egg, allow to cook for few mins without turning it

Scoop the vegetables with spoon and arrange at the middle of the egg, then fold it from 2side

Then seal and turn the other part to be cooked till golden brown,then remove

Ready to save
