1 cupmilk
1/2red pepper
Pincharomat
2 tablespoonbutter
1 spoongrated cheddar cheese
3 tablespoonsflour

Boil Caluiflower for 10 minutes with a pinch of salt set aside to cool

In a pan melt your butter and add flour bit by bit while stirring

Pour milk and cheese stir it and add aromat
4

When ready pour over your Cauliflower and serve its yummy
