Ingredients

1/2 cupfinely chopped onion
1 tbspbutter
2 mediumtomatoes, peeled ,seeded and chopped
4 ozcan green chili peppers, rinsed, seeded and chopped
1/4 tspsalt
1 cupshredded cheddar cheese (4 oz)
1 cupshredded monterey jack cheese (4 oz)
1milk
1tortilla chips

Steps

in a medium sause pan cook butter till melted.

stir in tomatoes, chili peppers, and salt.

simmer uncovered 10 minutes

add cheese a little at a time. stirring just till melted.

stir in a little milk if mixture is too thick

heat fully over low heat

serve warm with tortilla chips
