2 tspBaking powder
3/4 cupSugar
1/4 tspSalt
2Eggs
1/2 cupVegetable oil
1/2 cupMilk
1 tspVanilla essence or any other flavor of your choice. I often use almond or caramel essence

Sift together all dry ingredients

Add eggs, milk, oil, essence

Beat until smooth

Spoon into greased muffin trays

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 mins our until toothpick comes out dry

Cool on cooling rack

I've with any choice of frosting when cooled down
