Chop veggies into a small to large dice. Toss in a sauce pot. Add other ingredients with a 1/4 cup of water. Cook on medium heat while stirring occasionally until the water reduces out. This is NOT shelf stable. Let cool and keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. No need for canning.
