take the skin from the sausages and put them in a sauce pan

add the onion sliced the garlic diced the olive oil salt and pepper stir well and cook for 5 minutes in high heat

add the beans the paprika the balsamic vinegar the hot sauce mix well and let simmer for 30minutes in low heat
