My sister used to make a pecan pie every year for the holidays. This recipe is inspired by her.
Cooking Instructions

beat eggs with rotary beater or fork
- 2
blend in sugar using spoon
- 3
stir in syrup, butter, and chocolate
- 4
add pecans
- 5
fill pie crust
- 6
cover edge with foil all around
- 7
bake at 350°F for 25 minutes
- 8
remove foil for additional 25 minutes
- 9
pie is done when a knife, inserted into center of pie, comes out clean
