  • 100 gramsflour
  • 1/2 cancold beer

  1. 1

    mix well then pour into a zipper bag and cut a small hole or using funnel

    heat up oil then let batter flow into pan swirl around even over lapping is ok

    once it start to brown turn over only once

    drain on paper towel

    serve top icing sugar
