1Baby new potatoes
3 tbspbutter
2 tbspparsley
1 tspsalt & pepper

Steps

Boil washed baby new potatoes (whole & in the skins) for 25 minutes
2

Whilst potatoes boil melt the butter, herbs & salt & pepper in a microwave safe bowl for 1 1/2 minutes or until melted
3

Drain potatoes & toss with herb butter. Enjoy!
