Ingredients

  1. 500 gcatfish
  2. 4ehu or calabsh nutmeg seedss
  3. chilli pepper
  4. leavesscent
  5. 2medium onions
  6. 2 table spoonground crayfish
  7. to tastesalt
  8. 2stock cube

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and cut fish into one inch thick slice. Boil hot water and pour on the fish, stir and remove.the hot water will wash off the stickiness and foul smell.

    Add pepper, ehu and onions.

    To thicken the soup, i use a little corn flour. i dont like my catfish pepper soup too watery.

    Add two tablespoon of ground crayfish

  5. 5

    Allow the content of the pot to cook for 10 minutes

    Add the shredded scent leaves and turn off the heat

  7. 7

    Your spicy pepper soup is ready.

    Serve with agidi
