  • 1 can16 oz refried beans
  • 3 eachmedium avocados
  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper
  • 1 1/4 cupsour cream
  • 1 packagestaco seasoning
  • 1 eachsmall onion, chopped
  • 3 eachchopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cupsliced olives
  • 16 ozgrated cheddar cheese
  • 1 packagestortilla chips

    Spread refried beans on a large plate

  2. 2

    Mash avocados in a separate bowl, add lemon juice and pepper. Mix well

  3. 3

    Spread over refried beans

  4. 4

    Combine sour cream and taco seasoning mix

  5. 5

    Spread over avocado layer

  6. 6

    Top with tomatoes, onions,olives and cheese
