Steps

Cut open avocados, remove pit, and spoon out the middle.

Using a fork or your hands, crush the avocado halves until it is desired chunkiness.

Cut the plum tomatoes in half and remove the center and seeds. (Easiest to do under running water.)

Dice the plum tomatoes and add to the bowl.

Cut the red onion in half and dice one of the halves (will be about 1/2 cup)

Cut the lime in half and juice both sides into the bowl.

Chop or mince the garlic cloves and add to the bowl.

Cut off the heads of the cilantro, dice, and add desired amount to the bowl (optional)

Add salt
- 10
Mix together and refrigerate for one hour prior to serving.
