4potatoes
1olive oil to drizzle
1lemon
1Salt & pepper to taste
2garlic cloves sliced thin

Steps

Heat grill

Place each potato on a piece of tin foil to wrap around it.

Sliced potatoes thru but leave the bottom intact.

Drizzle olive oil over potatoes
5

Cut lemon into 4ths squeeze each onto potatoes.

Season with salt & pepper, cook until completely cooked.

Enjoy.
