Ingredients

  • 1 cupPeanut Butter (I use creamy, but I'm sure chunky would work too)
  • 1 largeEgg
  • 2 tspVanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cupChocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cupSugar ( the original recipe calls for one cup, I found that way too sweet)

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 325 Fahrenheit.

  2. 2

    Mix Peanut Butter, Sugar, Egg and Vanilla Extract.

  3. 3

    Line Cookie Sheet with Parchment Paper.

  4. 4

    Drop 1 tablespoon or 1 teaspoon (yields more cookies) about 1inch apart.

  5. 5

    Flatten with spoon to form a small indentation.

  6. 6

    Top with chocolate chips.

  7. 7

    Bake approximately 15.minutes.

  8. 8

    Let cool at least 10 minutes, they will fall apart if not cool enough.
