Ingredients

  1. 1delica of rice
  2. 1kilo of chicken
  3. 1bulb of purple onion
  4. halfcup of sweet corn
  5. halfcup of peas
  6. cubesIrish potatoes chopped in
  7. liver cut in small sizes
  8. small spring onion
  9. 1|4 of cabbage shredded
  10. 4 piecescarrots diced in cubs
  11. 2big green pepper cut
  12. red chilli pepper cut
  13. ginger and garlic chopped
  14. 1 tspCurry
  15. halftsp of tumeric
  16. halftsp of fennel
  17. to tastesea salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the chicken and liver and put in a pot add little of all the veggies including ginger and garlic

  2. 2

    Add curry,tumeric, fennel, sea salt and put on the heat

  3. 3

    Wash the rice with salt and hot water and put in a sieve

  4. 4

    When the chicken is cooked remove the chicken from the stock

  5. 5

    Add a the washed rice to the stock and allow to cook until the rice is tender

  6. 6

    Add the remaining veggies and turn off the heat then stir all together

  7. 7

    Bleach your oil in another pot add a little onion and fry your chicken until golden brown

  8. 8

    Your delicious rice is ready to eat
