Ingredients

45mintues

  • 1delica of rice
  • 1kilo of chicken
  • 1bulb of purple onion
  • halfcup of sweet corn
  • halfcup of peas
  • cubesIrish potatoes chopped in
  • liver cut in small sizes
  • small spring onion
  • 1|4 of cabbage shredded
  • 4 piecescarrots diced in cubs
  • 2big green pepper cut
  • red chilli pepper cut
  • ginger and garlic chopped
  • 1 tspCurry
  • halftsp of tumeric
  • halftsp of fennel
  • to tastesea salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the chicken and liver and put in a pot add little of all the veggies including ginger and garlic

  2. 2

    Add curry,tumeric, fennel, sea salt and put on the heat

  3. 3

    Wash the rice with salt and hot water and put in a sieve

  4. 4

    When the chicken is cooked remove the chicken from the stock

  5. 5

    Add a the washed rice to the stock and allow to cook until the rice is tender

  6. 6

    Add the remaining veggies and turn off the heat then stir all together

  7. 7

    Bleach your oil in another pot add a little onion and fry your chicken until golden brown

  8. 8

    Your delicious rice is ready to eat
