Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupOlive oil
  • 1/4 cupBalsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbspWhite vinegar
  • 2 tbspYellow mustard
  • 1 tbspStoneground mustard
  • 20 mediumsized fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 cupPacked fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tspSalt
  • 1/4 tspBlack pepper

    Add all ingredients to blender and enjoy!

  2. 2

    I recommend this dressing with chopped romaine, grilled chicken (best to marinade in this dressing!), toasted walnuts (Spicy Toasted Walnuts), red sliced onions, cubed avocado and gargonzola.
