  • 1/2 cupUnsalted Butter; softened
  • 1/2 cupSugar
  • 1 cupFlour
  • 1 tspBaking Powder
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1 tspVanilla extract
  • 2 mediumEggs
  • 2 mediumRipe Bananas

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix butter and sugar in the high speed, add eggs and keep mixing.

  2. 2

    Add flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla.

  3. 3

    Add mashed bananas

  4. 4

    Pour the batter into muffin tin and bake in 180'c for around 20-30 minutes.
    Test with a toothpick to see if it's done or not.
