Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Spray baking sheets with vegetable cooking spray. (I use 2 & bake in batches)

Arrange the cheese squares on the baking sheets, allowing 2 inches of border around the edges and between each square.

Bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 7 minutes.

Let the cheese cool on the baking sheet until just set, about 2 minutes.

Then use a metal spatula to transfer it to a wire rack to cool and harden.

Serve these appetizers at room temperature.

They can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
