Ingredients

1 cuplentils
4-5 cupswater
1 tablespoonvinegar
1onion, finely chopped
1carrot, diced
1small potato, diced
2bay leaves
Garlic
1 pinchcinnamon
1 pinchoregano
Salt and pepper
Tomato juice

Steps

Boil the lentils for 5 minutes in the open pressure cooker with 5 cups of water.

While they are boiling, chop and add the onion, carrot, potato, all the ingredients, and the oil.

Check if more water is needed, close the pressure cooker, and cook for 15 minutes... Good luck
