preheat oven to 325°f.

clean out neck n giblets out of turkey.rinse and place on rack inside roasting pan.

pat dry your turkey with paper towel.

stuff your turkey w/ onion,lemon, orange, and seasoning sprigs.

tie turkey legs together.
- 6
rub turkey with the oil, and season w/ salt, pepper, and herbe de Provence.

add 1 cup of water to your roasting pan.cover, and bake as long as directed for the size of turkey you use.

I baked mine for 3 1/2 hrs.
