Boil and cut the soya chaap in pieces and fry them till light golden

Heat oil in pan fry onion garlic and ginger till golden brown and then make a fine paste

Make puree of the tomatoes

Now put onion paste in the remaining oil

Add all the dry masala leaving garam masala

When it starts leaving oil add tomato puree and garam masala

Add water and when it comes to boil add fried soya chap and cook till its soft

When the gravy is about to cook add cream and off the gas and close it with a lid

Before serving take it out in serving bowl and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves
