Steps

First soak the custard powder or cornflour in 2 spoon milk. mix as well till the melt it.

Put one deep bowl of thick bottom on the gas add a milk on the slow flame. boil it till the quantity of half.

Add cornflour and coffee powder, horlicks powder and stir as well.

After five minutes switch off the gas.and add essence

Add fresh cream also and stir as well.

Now cool down on room temp.

After one hour pour the mixture in kulfi mold and put in the freezer for 5 6 hours.

Now your coffee kulfi is ready to eat.

Eat cool cool kulfi anf enjoy.
