    Heat some oil in a clean pan and add chopped onion

  2. 2

    Add chopped tomatoes. And fry to make a paste

  3. 3

    Add the chopped. Pilipili hoho and add the peeled and cubed potatoes

  4. 4

    Wash the carrots and cube into pieces and add to the mixture

  5. 5

    Add the githeri to the mixture and add 2 cups water and salt to taste

  6. 6

    Serve hot with tea
