  • 2red fish
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • halflemon juice
  • pinchsalt
  • halfcup oil to fry

    Clean well the fish cut it so that lemon and salt can penetrate in

    Add lemon juice crushed garlic and salt

  3. 3

    Leave it for 5 minutes before frying

  4. 4

    Heat oil then fry

  5. 5

    Serve with chips and green salad its yummy
