Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 500 gbeef stew
  2. 1small onion
  3. 1/2green pepper
  4. 1 cubebeef stock
  5. 1 tea spoonbarbecue spice
  6. 1 table spoonbrown onion soup
  7. 2 table spoonoil
  8. pinchsalt
  9. 1tomato
  10. 3 cupswater

  1. 1

    Mix beef with barbecue spice and beef stock and cook for almost an hour keep adding pinch of water untill tender

  2. 2

    When tender add onion oil and fry for 3minutes

  3. 3

    Add tomato fry for 3minutes then in a cup of water add soup and diced green pepper with salt let it simmer for 10 minutes

  4. 4

    Serve with rice
