Ingredients

  • 2 headmedium pak choi
  • 2 clovegarlic
  • 1 headonion, quartered
  • 1 mediumorange bellpepper
  • 1 stickginger
  • 500 gramsmushrooms of your choice, halfed
  • 150 mlchicken stock
  • 2 tbspsesame oil
  • pinchsalt
  • 1 smallchili pepper

  1. 1

    Heat sesame oil on medium heat. Add crushed garlic, ginger, chili. Simmer for 2min

  2. 2

    Add mushrooms, onion, pak choi and pepper. Stir for 2-3 min.

  3. 3

    Add stock. Simmer for few minutes, add salt.
